The website is hosted on a virtual private server (VPS) provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany — www.ionos.com.

All elements of the website (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, structure, graphic design) are the exclusive property of SARL LOGI KL or its partners and are protected by Algerian copyright and related rights legislation (Ordinance No. 03-05 of 19 July 2003) and by applicable international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of SARL LOGI KL is prohibited. The names and logos of the clients mentioned on the References page remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Liability

SARL LOGI KL endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Product and service descriptions are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer: only quotations and commercial documents issued by SARL LOGI KL are binding.

SARL LOGI KL cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website, service interruptions or links to third-party websites whose content it does not control.

5. Personal data

The information submitted through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message and any attachment) is collected by SARL LOGI KL for the sole purpose of processing and answering your request. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

This data is processed in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. It is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and follow up the business relationship.

6. Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. A technical session cookie is set only when the contact form is used, to secure submissions (protection against fraudulent requests); it is deleted when the browser is closed.

The home and Contact pages embed a Google Maps map. Displaying it may result in cookies being set by Google, governed by Google's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the district of the registered office of SARL LOGI KL (Boumerdès).
